😞In the midst of new investor concerns about price increases, global unrest, and an impending recession, cryptos gave back their gains from Wednesday. Bitcoin traded around $20,300, down more than 10% in the previous day, prompting concerns about whether it would soon break through support at $20,000. Ether fell more than 15%, at the $1,050 level which it once was more than a year ago. Other altcoins saw different shades of red, with recent declines in XRP and LTC of over 2% and 7% respectively.
🥶Despite employing a variety of unsuccessful decentralized finance (DeFi) tactics, Celsius Network, an interest-earning yield platform, has frozen withdrawals. It suffered a string of significant losses, including more than 38,000 ETH in a Stakehound-related error and a $22 million loss as a result of the Badger DAO hack. Since Celsius’ announcement, the cryptocurrency market has lost $180 billion in market valuation.
💸After suffering at least $400 million in liquidations, the Dubai-based cryptocurrency fund Three Arrows Capital, also known as 3AC, is possibly insolvent. Three Arrows is currently in the process of repaying its lenders and other counterparties. Messari’s fund profiler suggested that the company is down almost 58% (YoY). According to on-chain information, the fund is attempting to pay off debt by selling staked ether.

CFDs typically have flexible and smaller contract sizes. This means that traders will be able to enter into a CFD contract with a modest amount of capital. - No expiration date or risk of delivery
Unlike futures which commonly have a fixed expiration date, CFDs allow traders to perpetually hold the position(s). CFDs are cash settled, no need to worry about the delivery of the underlying asset.
