🔎 Bitcoin is now within sight of its previous record high of around $64,888.
🎉 The ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF (+4.9%) saw turnover of 24 million shares (nearly $1 billion) yesterday, perhaps a resounding endorsement of the popularity of Bitcoin futures ETFs.
📊 Two more Bitcoin futures ETFs will likely start trading next week as well, launched by Vanguard and Valkyrie. The Valkyrie Bitcoin Strategy ETF in particular has announced that it list under the ticker “BTFD” next week, a meme-fuelled decision that will likely appeal to traders plugged into the social trading ecosystem.
💳 Fintech company Revolut announced that it will be offering commission-free cryptocurrency trading (up to $200K) for US-based customers effective immediately. The company is also rumoured to be looking to launch its own crypto token akin to an exchange token, although what it intends to do with that is anyone’s guess.
