Upon receipt of your feedback, we will acknowledge your case within 2 business days followed by a thorough investigation. A resolution shall be communicated to you within 14 business days after the acknowledgement date. Upon 14 business days from the acknowledgement date, if more time is required to resolve your case, we will notify you of the new timeline and provide you with an interim status update accordingly.
