🏭 Bitcoin again rose in tandem with a broad global equity rally yesterday, benefitting from the improvement in risk-on attitude as authorities around the world sought to soothe investors over the Evergrande incident.
💵 Time Magazine yesterday botched a launch of 4,676 NFTs (named “Timepieces” 🙃) that would offer “unlimited access” to its website all through 2023. The launch however drew criticism, with Time’s chosen method of launch (just releasing the NFTs) resulting in bots scooping up most of the NFTs. 24% of all the “Timepieces” now belong to the 100 largest NFT wallets in the world.
🤔 Twitter launched Bitcoin tipping yesterday with immediate effect, allowing iOS users to tip content creators through third-party services. The company is also further exploring NFT authentication technology for crypto wallets and NFTs used on Twitter.
